View Attendance History
This guide walks you through the steps to view the history of attendance of all employees.
Navigate to Attendance in the HRMS Dashboard.
- Select 'Attendance' from the Sidebar.
- This opens the 'Employee Attendance Listing' page.
View the Attendance History of an Employee
- In the Employee Attendance Listing page, click the View button on a listing under the Attendance column.
- This opens the Attendance History page for that specific Employee.
- Select the Month/Year at the top of the page.
- Then, click on the Fetch Attendance button.
- This fetches the entire list of Attendance for that Employee for the selected Month/Year.

If you wish to add attendance, click on the Add Attendance button at the top right of the page. This opens the modal to add an attendance by filling the relevant details. Similarly, if you wish to edit an attendance, click on the Edit icon under the Action column. This will open the modal to edit an existing attendance.
